Eligibility for Participation

A participant in the program can be any adult or minor aged 14 and above, who is legally permitted to engage in small household transactions. Participants must be registered in the program in accordance with the Rules and must be individuals possessing an individual identification number as per the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire

Upon registration, participants are required to complete a Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) with personal information. By doing so, participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data as per the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection." The consent covers various methods of processing, including advertising and informational mailings via email, instant messengers, SMS services, telephone and postal communications, and the use of automation tools and electronic computers for data processing, including database creation. This consent remains valid until it is withdrawn in writing by the participant.

Virtual Card

Participants can access their loyalty benefits through a Virtual Card, an electronic card generated within the Royal Petrol Mobile Application, without the need for a physical medium.

Bonus Account

The Bonus account of a program participant keeps a record of the accrued and withdrawn Bonuses, as well as the current balance, within the program's database.
