Troika Top Up

Instantly check and top up the balance of your Moscow Troika card. Simple and easy.

The Moscow Troika card is a universal fare payment method accepted on all forms of public transport and by some city services (such as the Zoo or bike sharing).

Using this app, you can instantly check your Troika card balance and purchase tickets online to write them directly to your card using an NFC-enabled compatible device.

The most anticipated app for Moscow public transport passengers!

ATTENTION! PLEASE READ!

Due to hardware differences, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips used in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored in the memory of the Troika card. Therefore, you need an NFC-enabled compatible smartphone to write new tickets to your card.

The "Electronic Purse" is a ticket type that allows a passenger to choose and load a custom monetary amount.

The app supports over 90 ticket types (all existing options), including those for MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and social cards for students and other eligible groups.

Securely enter your payment card details in the app to reserve funds. Your bank card data is never stored by us.

Remember to hold your Troika card against your device's NFC antenna (check your device manual for its exact location).

Your payment card is only charged after a newly purchased ticket is successfully written to your Troika card.
