FOR ANDROID 8-13 ONLY:

When using your Wacom One pen tablet with an Android device running versions 8-13, you might notice that the proportions of your screen do not match the drawing area on your tablet. This mismatch can lead to distorted drawings if you're not using the Wacom Center App.

The Wacom Center app is designed to calculate the precise dimensions of the Wacom One's drawing area to ensure your drawings are distortion-free. It adjusts the active drawing area accordingly, leaving the rest of the tablet inactive. Most Android devices allow you to select from three different options for positioning the drawing area.

With the Wacom Center app, you can now enjoy seamless and accurate drawing on your device.

Note: For the best experience, use your Android 8-13 device in portrait orientation with the Wacom One pen tablet. Android 8-13 does not support pen tablet input in landscape orientation or Desktop mode.

FOR ANDROID 14 & LATER:

If you're using Android 14 or a later version, the Wacom Center app is no longer necessary. Android 14 natively supports distortion-free drawing in any device orientation. Simply pair your Wacom One pen tablet via Bluetooth in your Android system settings. If you have installed the Wacom Center app on Android 14 or later, feel free to uninstall it.
