However, Mark Knapp found the Kaiser 4 less impressive than the Kaiser 3. He noted in his review, "The Andaseat Kaiser 4 offers exceptional lumbar support and one of the best headrest pillows available, but its problematic armrests detract from the overall design, and the firm seat may not suit everyone. For those who own the Kaiser 3, the Kaiser 4 might feel like a downgrade in everything but lumbar support. If it's your first gaming chair, you might find better options in the premium market."
