There are ten types of Distilled Emotions: Despair, Disgust, Envy, Fear, Greed, Guilt, Ire, Isolation, Paranoia, and Suffering.

The primary method to acquire Distilled Emotions is by completing Delirium Maps, which reward you with a random selection of these emotions. Alternatively, you can trade for them using in-game currency or through the trade market.

To upgrade your Distilled Emotions, head to the Reforging Bench. You'll need three of the same type to create an upgraded version, allowing you to tailor your collection to your needs.

For those seeking a challenge, Simulacrum waves offer a chance to drop Distilled Emotions. However, this method is less efficient than Delirium Maps and requires a robust build to tackle the increased difficulty.

How To Anoint Items in Path of Exile 2

Currently, you can anoint Waystones and amulets, with potential future expansions to other items as the game progresses through Early Access. To anoint an amulet, select any Distilled Emotion to access the Instilling window. Place the amulet in the central slot and three Distilled Emotions in the bottom slots.
