Astra Yao's Narrative Captivates in Zenless Zone Zero 1.5

Zenless Zone Zero unveils a new spotlight on Astra Yao, delving into her intriguing backstory. MiHoYo (HoYoverse) continues its character introductions, this time focusing on the popular singer and part-time on-air personality, Astra Yao.

A new animated short reveals a pivotal moment in Astra's past: a benefit concert held to remember a devastating cavern collapse. Following a tense encounter with a reporter, the story flashes back to reveal impactful events shaping her present.

Astra Yao is featured in the first character banner of Zenless Zone Zero 1.5, with Evelyn Chevalier appearing in the second.

The 1.5 update also includes the customary miHoYo (HoYoverse) Polychrome compensation. Players receive 300 Polychromes for bug fixes and another 300 for technical improvements related to the update. These are distributed via in-game mail.

Introducing Agent Astra Yao (Air, Support), a powerful new S-rank agent. Beyond her singing career, Astra Yao excels as a support agent, providing crucial HP restoration and significant damage boosts to allies. Her abilities facilitate more frequent attack chains and quick assists, enabling devastating damage output from the squad.
