Destiny 2 will get a collab with Star Wars

Bungie, the studio behind Destiny 2, continues to delight fans with crossovers from popular franchises. A new collaboration is on the horizon, this time with Star Wars! A recent post on X (formerly Twitter) hinted at the upcoming additions.

Expect a wave of Star Wars-themed content—including new armor, emotes, and other accessories—to land in Destiny 2 on February 4th, coinciding with the launch of the Heresy episode.

Destiny 2's massive scale, encompassing numerous expansions, presents unique challenges. The sheer volume of data often makes bug fixes incredibly complex, sometimes even impossible without risking the game's overall stability. Developers frequently employ creative workarounds to address issues that could otherwise trigger a catastrophic system failure.

Beyond the critical bugs, smaller yet frustrating glitches persist. Reddit user Luke-HW, for example, highlighted a visual bug in a recent post. Screenshots show a distorted skybox in The Dreaming City, obscuring the environment during area transitions.
