What To Use Old Coins For In Dynasty Warriors: Origins

Old Coins are unusable in Chapter 1; focus on the main story. After starting Chapter 2, complete these main story battles:

• Suppression of You Province
• Suppression of Jing Province
• Suppression of Liang Province

Completing these battles brings you back to Ji, where you'll meet Sima Hui. After conversing with him and obtaining incense for the Innkeeper, the Shui Jing Retreat appears on the overworld map near Ji. Here, you can exchange Old Coins with Sima Hui. Besides checking bonds and reviewing interactions, you can redeem Old Coins for rewards.
