Fortnite's newest update is a nostalgic trip for longtime players, bringing back beloved items like the Hunting Rifle and Launch Pad. This follows a busy December for Epic Games, packed with new skins and the annual Winterfest event.

Winterfest blankets the island in snow, offering event quests and new items such as Icy Feet and the Blizzard Grenade. Players can snag rewards from the Cozy Cabin and premium skins featuring Mariah Carey, Santa Dogg, and Santa Shaq. Beyond Winterfest, collaborations with Cyberpunk 2077 and Batman Ninja add to the excitement.

A recent hotfix for the OG mode delivers an extra dose of nostalgia. The return of the Launch Pad, a Chapter 1 Season 1 favorite, allows players to strategically reposition themselves or make a quick getaway.
