GTA 6 Release Date and Time

Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) is set to launch in Fall 2025, according to Take-Two Interactive’s fiscal year 2024 financial report. The game will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at launch.

It has been officially confirmed that GTA 6 will not release on previous-generation consoles such as the PS4 or Xbox One. Additionally, there will be no PC version available at launch. While rumors have circulated about a potential delay pushing the release into 2026, Take-Two has reaffirmed its commitment to the Fall 2025 window, emphasizing that there are no planned delays and that the team is focused on delivering the highest-quality experience on schedule.
