While teasers have hinted at 3D models inspired by their 2D counterparts, there has been a keen interest in the voice cast. Ed Boon's confirmation that J.K. Simmons, renowned for voicing Omni-Man in Amazon Prime Video's series Invincible, will lend his voice to the character in Mortal Kombat 1, has stirred significant excitement among the gaming community.

Omni-Man is set to join the fray through the game's DLC pack, known as the Official Kombat Pack.
