Monster Hunter Now Preps for 2025 Spring Festival with New Monsters

Monster Hunter Now has introduced an exciting seasonal update with the 2025 Spring Festival, running from April 14th to April 27th. This update brings a host of new content, including new gear and the debut of a formidable monster.

Who’s the New Monster?

The new monster making its debut is the aggressive Ebony Odogaron. Unlike a mere reskin, the Ebony Odogaron is a more challenging version of the regular Odogaron, distinguishable by the black smoke it emits from its mouth. This fierce creature can be encountered across various environments, including forests, deserts, swamps, and tundra. With a meaner attitude and a larger roaming area, expect a tough battle when facing the Ebony Odogaron. During the Spring Festival 2025, you'll also encounter Kulu-Ya-Ku and other familiar monsters as part of the event's quests.

The event introduces Spring and Rainbow Eggs, which you can collect by defeating monsters or participating in special Hunt-a-thons. These eggs can be traded at the Event Exchange Hub for fantastic items.

Celebrate Spring Festival 2025 with Monster Hunter Now

The festivities escalate on April 18th with the introduction of Giant Egg Toys in Hunt-a-thons. Breaking these toys will reward you with a substantial amount of exchangeable Eggs. Throughout the event, limited-time quests offer exclusive rewards, including a Spring Festival 2025 medal, a special Guild Card background, and Spring 2025 Armor and Weapon Tickets.
