Understanding Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode presents varying difficulty levels. Some are comparable to standard investigations, while others significantly alter ghost behavior or limit equipment. To complete a challenge, you must successfully identify the ghost and complete the contract three times (not necessarily consecutively) before the weekly reset. Optional objectives offer bonus points, helpful for character prestige. Successful completion awards $5,000 plus accumulated points.
Conquering the "Do As I Command" Challenge
The "Do As I Command" challenge is relatively easier than others. The contract takes place on the Sunny Meadows map (Restricted version excluded), requiring you to force evidence from a less active ghost.
The challenge provides a Tier 3 equipment loadout, and the fuse box is functional. A key advantage is access to all seven Cursed Possessions, conveniently located in the chapel.
Utilizing items like the Haunted Mirror or Ouija Board can expedite ghost location identification. The Voodoo Doll or Monkey Paw can trigger ghost activity, but be mindful of sanity drain and cursed hunts.
