In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, romancing NPCs like Klara adds depth to the gameplay. However, some romantic encounters require a bit of finesse. Here's how to successfully navigate Klara's riddle during the "Back in the Saddle" quest, which follows "For Whom the Bell Tolls."
First, you'll need to gather Marigold, Sage, and Poppy for Klara. These herbs are readily available in the surrounding area; those already in your inventory will suffice. After delivering the herbs, avoid expressing suspicion about Nebakov Fortress; this will prematurely end the interaction.
Instead, continue the conversation until Klara presents her riddle: "I bloom in silence, a petal’s grace. A delicate charm in a hidden place. A whispered scent, a subtle ploy. What am I, elusive and coy?"
The correct answer is surprisingly straightforward: select the dialogue option, "I think she’s called Klara." This clever response will charm Klara, leading to your first romantic encounter. A further romantic interaction is possible later in the "Finger of God" quest.
