Nightdive Studios has officially rebranded the game as System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster, breathing new life into a cult classic. This revitalized edition is set to launch on PC (available on Steam and GOG), PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X/S, as well as Nintendo Switch, ensuring that fans across multiple platforms can dive back into this iconic sci-fi RPG.
The long-awaited release date for the remaster will be unveiled on March 20, 2025, during the Future Games Show: Spring Showcase. This announcement marks a significant moment, setting the stage for a new generation of players to experience the legendary game that debuted in 1999.
