Tears of Themis: 'Ballad of the Dunes' Event Arrives with Musing Reverie Card

HoYoverse's Tears of Themis unveils its latest update: "Ballad of the Dunes," a captivating collaboration with Gansu Province's Culture & Tourism. This crossover event seamlessly blends the game's signature detective work with the rich cultural heritage of Dunhuang, a historic city bordering the Gobi Desert.

Ballad of the Dunes: A Journey Through Time

This event immerses players in a world of history, romance, and mystery, evoking the atmosphere of the ancient Silk Road. New additions include:

• Four New MR Cards: Featuring Luke, Artem, Vyn, and Marius, each card is inspired by distinct aspects of Dunhuang's culture, showcasing elements like flying apsaras, intricate murals, and the traditional pipa. The artistic style mirrors the ancient performers depicted in the Mogao Caves.

• Unique Card Stories: Each card ("In the Footsteps of Silk," "Serenade of the Soul," "Reverberation Through Time," and "Void of Creation") offers a unique narrative, enhanced by Private Messages that delve into a thousand-year-old journey.

Rewards Await!

From February 13th to 20th, 2025, players can earn Camel Bells, S-Chips, and other rewards by completing event tasks. The core gameplay involves a cell-flipping board game to uncover prizes.

The ultimate reward is the choice of one of the four new Ballad of the Dunes MR cards per round. Flipping 100 cells unlocks the exclusive "Celebration – Dunes" Namecard.
