Once Human launches cross-test platform for mobile and PC as it heads towards launch

NetEase’s post-apocalyptic shooter, Once Human, is launching its first cross-play test, offering a sneak peek at its cross-progression features before its April mobile release. This closed beta confirms seamless transitions between devices.

Following the recent success of Marvel Rivals, NetEase’s Once Human (initially released on PC) is finally making its way to mobile. The game casts players as survivors in a supernatural apocalypse, tasked with rebuilding society while battling monstrous threats and even untrustworthy humans. Its blend of stunning visuals and intense run-and-gun gameplay has generated significant anticipation. While previous beta tests focused on core gameplay, this cross-progression test is a key feature for many players. It's likely the last chance to experience Once Human before the April launch.

More Human Than Human

The test runs until March 30th, with sign-ups still open. While Once Human might not have captured a large PC audience compared to NetEase's Marvel Rivals, its stylish shooter mechanics seem perfectly suited for mobile players. The upcoming mobile launch is excellent news for those eager to play.
