Pokémon GO Is Dropping Might and Mastery Event with a Legendary Pokémon at Your Side!

Get ready for some serious martial arts action in the upcoming Pokémon GO season: Might and Mastery! Kicking off March 4th, 2025, and running until June 3rd, 2025, this season is packed with exciting events, a new Pokémon, and a legendary debut.

Meet the Might and Mastery Pokémon

Prepare to meet Kubfu, the powerful Fighting-type Pokémon, who's ready to train alongside you. During the event, you can evolve Kubfu into one of its two Urshifu forms: Single Strike Style and Rapid Strike Style. This season also introduces Dynamax, so get ready to see some Pokémon grow to gigantic sizes! Witness Kubfu's impressive power like never before.

The adventure begins with the Might and Mastery Special Research, available from March 5th at 10:00 a.m. to June 3rd at 9:59 a.m. This research will unlock in stages throughout the season, so remember to check your research tab regularly.

The Powerful Potential event, running from March 5th to March 10th, marks Kubfu's official debut in Pokémon GO. Important note: Kubfu cannot be traded, sent to the Professor, or transferred to Pokémon HOME.

Epic Battles Await!

From March 8th at 6:00 a.m. to March 9th at 9:00 p.m., Max Battles take center stage, with Power Spots refreshing more frequently. One-Star Max Battles will feature Dynamax Grookey, Dynamax Scorbunny, and Dynamax Sobble. Six-Star Max Battles offer a challenge against Gigantamax Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise. You'll also encounter Gothita, Solosis, and Sinistea in One-Star Raids, and Alolan Raichu, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Sableye in Three-Star Raids.
