Puella Madoka Magica Magia Exedra (we'll just call it Magia Exedra from now on) is adding a new character: the fan-favorite Ren Isuzu! This follows a hugely successful pre-registration campaign that attracted over half a million players.
Magia Exedra is a fully 3D turn-based RPG based on the beloved anime series. The game brings the dark, twisty take on the magical girl genre back to mobile. Ren Isuzu, a shy but strong magical girl whose bonds with others fuel her strength, joins the roster.
This is a welcome surprise for fans, as the pre-registration campaign only offered fan kits (wallpapers, etc.) for existing characters.

It's ironic that Puella Madoka Magica, praised for its intelligent and subversive take on the magical girl genre, has become synonymous with its own merchandising. However, this is understandable given its immense domestic and international popularity.
Magia Exedra's move to a fully 3D, effects-filled battle system represents a significant shift from the 2D battlers often seen in the genre. Fans who loved the original series' animation will find Magia Exedra's visuals equally captivating.
