Russo Brothers Unveil Final Trailer for Electric State

Netflix has unveiled the thrilling trailer for Electric State, the much-anticipated sci-fi epic directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, the visionary duo behind Avengers: Endgame. The trailer introduces viewers to an enthralling narrative, spotlighting Millie Bobby Brown, known for her role in Stranger Things, as a determined young protagonist, and Chris Pratt, famous from Guardians of the Galaxy, as a mysterious drifter.

Set in a bleak future following a devastating technological collapse, Electric State chronicles the harrowing journey of its heroine as she traverses the desolate American frontier in pursuit of her lost brother. Accompanying her is a charming yellow robot, injecting a bit of whimsy into the story's somber atmosphere. Along their journey, they cross paths with a secretive drifter, whose enigmatic past might unlock the secrets of their shattered world. Drawing inspiration from Simon Stålenhag's acclaimed graphic novels, this film promises a blend of emotion and suspense.

The stellar cast also includes Woody Harrelson of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Anthony Mackie from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Ke Huy Quan of Everything Everywhere All at Once, Billy Bob Thornton known for Goliath, and Giancarlo Esposito from Better Call Saul. With a screenplay penned by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, the writers of Avengers: Infinity War, Electric State is set to enthrall audiences upon its premiere on March 14, 2025.
