This follows its successful showing at the Taipei Games Show, where Bilibili Games made a significant splash. Anderson Han, a writer known for his keen eye for promising Korean mobile releases, correctly predicted this global launch, adding to his impressive track record.
But what exactly is Trickcal Re:Vive? It's a unique twist on the card-collecting RPG genre. Players take on the unexpected role of a worldwide religion leader, recruiting from a roster of over fifty diverse apostles. Despite the epic scope of leading a global faith, the game embraces a lighthearted, absurdist tone. Expect cute characters, humorous situations, and clever references spanning a wide range of pop culture, from Cyberpunk 2077 and Grand Theft Auto to a plethora of quirky subplots.
The game's playful nature was highlighted at the Taipei Games Show, where Bilibili Games showcased Trickcal Re:Vive with a striking Ferrari Itasha—a custom-wrapped car—offering attendees a memorable experience. The abundance of merchandise and the global launch announcement clearly demonstrate Bilibili and Epid Games' high expectations for the title.
While a precise release date remains unannounced, a late 2025 or early 2026 launch seems plausible, though a mid-2025 release isn't entirely out of the question. Development continues, and we eagerly await further updates.
