Some users have reported that the app crashes immediately upon launch on Android 11 devices. It's suggested that you can resolve this by performing an "Erase Storage" action. This should allow the app to start up normally. Please note, however, that this process will delete your "parking lot posting history," and unfortunately, this history cannot be restored.

Procedure to Erase Storage:

1. Open "Settings"
2. Open "Apps and Notifications"
3. Tap "PP Park!" from the application list
4. Open "Storage and Cache"
5. Tap "Erase Storage"

This issue is related to Android 11, and Google is aware of the problem. While we anticipate a fix from Google and device manufacturers, similar issues continue globally. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend using the "Erase Storage" option if you encounter this problem.

• Reservation and Shared Parking: PPPark! also lists reservation-based parking lots and shared parking options such as Akippa, Special P (Toku P), and TOHOGAS parking (available only in Okazaki city).
• Street Parking Support: The app displays street parking near your search point, marked with light green lines and circles on the map. This is particularly useful for short-term parking needs, like shopping or work. Street parking is available in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Osaka. Remember, exceeding the specified time can result in a "parking violation," so be cautious.
• User Posting Function: Contribute to the community by posting information about unregistered parking lots, revised prices, or closed parking lots. Note that for Android 10 and later, posted information cannot be transferred during a model change.
