The Electronic Health Book is a mobile application developed by the Ministry of Health for the people of Vietnam.

Issued by the Ministry of Health, the Electronic Health Book app helps Vietnamese citizens easily manage their personal health information. It empowers users to proactively prevent disease and care for the health of themselves and their families anytime, anywhere.

Through e-healthcare, each citizen maintains a digital health record containing personal health data, medical history, vaccination records, and more. This facilitates accurate diagnosis and treatment by healthcare professionals, enables comprehensive and continuous care, and helps reduce medical costs.

The e-healthbook provides a convenient platform for registering for Covid-19 vaccination. It supports health workers in quickly retrieving patient information, reduces congestion at vaccination sites, and minimizes physical contact during the vaccination process.

For those vaccinated against Covid-19, the e-healthbook issues a digital "Vaccination Certificate" complete with a verifiable QR code.

The e-healthbook is deployed nationwide in Vietnam with these key features:

Register for Covid-19 vaccination.

- Online health declaration.

- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.

- Health consultation for F0 cases.

- Book appointments at medical facilities.

- Remote medical consultation.

- Personal Health Record management.

- Digital medical handbook.

This application is officially used in Vietnam.
